If your kit arrived with missing or damaged parts...

We do our absolute best to make sure that every kit is complete, but sometimes we make mistakes or a part is damaged in shipping. If your kit arrived with a missing or damaged part, submit a request and we will send it out to you ASAP.

If you damaged a part while building...

No problem, we can send you a replacement. We have a flat rate replacement parts policy of $5 + shipping. This covers any standard parts you need plus shipping. The policy does not apply to parts worth more than $25 each, which we sell at our replacement cost. Submit a request to order replacement parts.
